The first conversation
You send an enquiry and we talk about the space — what it has to do, what is already there, and what you want out of it. No portal yet: this part is a conversation, and it should be.

Your portal opens
When the project is set up, the studio creates your client record, the project under it, and the stages the work will run through. Your sign-in is issued at the same time and is linked to that record.

The proposal
The quotation is written line by line — joinery, furniture, lighting, whatever the job is made of — so you are reading what is being built rather than a single number at the bottom of a page.

Drawings and documents
Drawing packs, specifications, finish schedules and photographs are filed against the project as they are produced. The studio marks which of them are yours to see, so nothing half-finished appears by accident.

Materials and vendor orders
Timber, stone, ironmongery, lighting — each is quoted by a vendor and ordered on a purchase order against your project. You can see the price we are paying, not a marked-up summary of it.

On site
Site visits are written up the day they happen, while the detail is still exact: who attended, what was set out, what was changed and why. This is the part clients most often have to chase, and the part we most want you not to have to.

Invoices and payments
Invoices are issued against the accepted quotation, and every payment is recorded against its invoice with the method, the reference and the date it landed.

Handover — and after
The room is finished, styled and handed over. The portal does not close with it: the drawings, the specifications, the schedule of what was used and who supplied it stay where you can find them.

Everything against the project
One record, not five threads
Calls, site conversations and messages still happen — a building is not run out of a web page. What changes is that decisions get written back against the project the moment they are made, so there is one place that is right, instead of four places that each hold part of the answer.
The same record we work from
Your portal is not a client-facing copy assembled for you at the end of the month. It reads the studio's own records. When the site engineer logs a visit or a purchase order is marked received, that is the thing you are looking at.
Published, not leaked
The studio decides what is visible to you and marks it as such. A draft quotation or an internal note does not appear because someone typed it. What you see is what we have finished and meant to share.
Yours, and only yours
Your sign-in is linked to your client record, and the database — not the interface — is what enforces it. Another client cannot see your project, and you will not see theirs.
