Intent
An apartment on the sea, planned so the water stays in view from the front door onward. The foyer opens into a living and dining run held against floor-to-ceiling glazing, with the bedrooms and children's room set behind it and a planted balcony carrying the whole length of the plan.
Language
Fluted timber and fluted marble set a vertical rhythm across the walls, warmed by brass in the pendants, the chandelier and the console detailing. Upholstery and timber panelling keep the tone soft, so the sea stays the brightest surface in every room.

Living and dining
The two sit in one uninterrupted run against the glazing, so the sea is read from either end. A fluted marble feature wall gives the living side a fixed backdrop, while the round table under a sculptural brass chandelier makes the far end its own centre.

The bedrooms
A timber-panelled headboard wall runs the width of the master bedroom and holds the bed against it, leaving the window edge clear for the sea. The second bedroom takes the same logic further, with vanity, mirror and concealed wardrobe built into one continuous face.

Children's room
Built as joinery rather than decoration: a bunk platform reached by a stair whose treads double as storage, a slide off the upper level, and a play nook underneath. A fibre-optic star ceiling gives the room its own light after the main lights go off.

Foyer and balcony
The entrance sets the palette immediately, with a marble console, brass detailing and a circular artwork above it. The planted balcony runs the full length of the apartment, giving the principal rooms a green edge before the ground drops away to the sea.

Daylight comes off the water through floor-to-ceiling glazing and carries the length of the plan. After dark the brass pendants and the dining chandelier take over, and the children's room runs on a fibre-optic star ceiling.
