A shared apartment lobby given the quiet luxury of a boutique hotel, without losing the ease of home.
To create a warm and sophisticated entryway that enhances the daily experience of apartment living. The design balances modern lines with a soft material palette, offering both comfort and clarity in circulation.
Subtle curves, calming neutrals and warm timber finishes define the spatial character. The space is crafted to feel premium yet homely — merging the quiet luxury of a boutique hotel with the function of a shared residential space.

A rounded marble-top desk anchors the entry visually, framed by a bespoke arched marble and wood backdrop — offering both visual interest and brand presence.

Elevator bay
Framed in timber, the dual elevators are flanked by clean signage and tactile wall finishes. Soft lighting and curved ceiling details ease the transition between floors.

Upholstered seating with brass leg accents, abstract art and indoor plants create an inviting nook for residents and guests waiting or resting.
